For regular clients, I will retain a copy of your key on file unless you request otherwise.  There will be a $10 fee assessed for key pick-up and drop-off for repeat clients.

A four day notice is required for new client services.  This enables me to meet your pet, process paperwork, and receive keys.

A 24 hour notice is required for cancellation of services.

You MUST call upon returning home from vacation.  Leave a voice mail so I know you are home and your pet(s) are receiving care. 

You are responsible for purchasing food for your pet.
